So I've told you about my fitness plan (okay, not-so-fitness-plan haha) here - well, guess what guys? I've SURVIVED my first week!

Day #1
5:00 am ako nagising.
Excited eh!
Partida, nagpunta pa kami ng Manila Ocean Park the day before.
5:30 am, rampa na aketch.
Ang sabi ng mga experts: if totally wala ka talagang exercise for a very long time and if you're planning to jog, dapat daw you'll start with walking combined with stretches muna for a couple of days.
Eh atat ako.
Sus jogging lang eh. Easy-peasy!
Ayun. Quota tuloy ako sa sore muskels. Huhu
Day #2
Left home at 6:00 am. Masakit pa rin ang mga pata ko pero kailangang magpursige. I was planning to brisk walk na lang sana and just take it slow. Pero ang sabi ko sa mga muskels ko: kaya natin to, team work tayo dito! Push!
So I jogged again.
Grabe. Akala ko hindi na ako makakalakad sa sobrang sakit. Pero surprisingly, mabilis lang naman syang mawala. Lalo na if I keep moving around (meaning hindi ako bumoborlog-borlog haha). Yun na ata yung tinatawag na endorphins rush? Cool.
Day #3
#sidestories: The husband didn't go to work dahil mahirap daw mag-commute. Coding kasi sya eh. Katamarang taglay eh no? Intindihin na natin guys kasi hindi biro ang everyday na byahe from Marikina to Paranaque and vice versa. Hehe.
Maaga ding nagising ang bagets that day kaya yun, happy family kami sa pagjo-jogging. Mas masaya talaga if meron kang kasama during exercise and workout. =)

Day #4
Mukang nasasanay na yata ang katawan ko sa bagong routine. Totally wala na ring pain. It's safe na yata to add laps and time or make faster moves.
Pero dahil may wafung jogging date na naman aketch na pang-2nd day pa lang na nagjo-jogging, sweet-sweetan daw muna ang peg namin. Holding hands while jogging ganun. Haha. Tapos we ate lugaw and tokwa malapit sa Kapitan Moy school. In fairness masarap at mura pala dun.

Day #5
How I wish na pwedeng sumama sa akin si Prinz palagi kasi mas enjoy talaga if meron kang kasama eh. Besides, ang fitness goal kong ito ay hindi lamang beneficial for myself, but also for him and us as parents and married couple. Exercise is good for our physical and emotional well-being right?
Now here's the most exciting part. If you're wondering kung pumayat ba ako or nag-lose ng weight... Well, the answer is...
HINDI
Haha.
I feel lighter, livelier and more effective with my day-to-day tasks though. Magandang senyales na rin yun diba?
