Day #6


Nagmo moment si Typhoon Jenny (international name Dujuan) dito sa Philippines. Hindi ko gustong rumampa rampa sa Marikina during typhoon no!

Ang ending nag zumba na lang ang lola nyo sa bahay.

Ayos na rin. Kahit na nakakadiri ang mga the moves ko, meron namang akong super cute na supporter. =)

Day #7



Bed weather kung bed weather and 'nakakatamad' is an understatement. To make it worst, PMS is also starting to kick in. Pero I was able to drag myself out of the bed. Halos mag-isa lang akong nag-jogging sa Marikina Circle today . Eh di wow, ako na ang motivated. Charing!

Day #8

Anyway, I found REFITREV on YT a few months ago and I was able to download some of their videos. I like them kasi hindi sila boring. You guys can check their YT channel here - https://www.youtube.com/user/ReFitRev/featured. 

May nahalungkat din akong video which I've downloaded almost 3 years ago pa. That was the time na seryoso din ako sa aking fitness eklaber because we're trying to get pregnant. Fave ko din yun. It's an hour-long video na parang zumba with aerobics na. Meron na din syang warm up and cool down routines so andun na lahat. Sasabay ka na lang. Nakakaaliw din kahit na mag-isa lang akong sumasabay. =)

So there, medyo waley ang week nato for me. Feeling ko hindi ako masyadong umeffort. You see, I didn't modify my eating habits or whatever. I'm still breastfeeding my 27 month old tot eh. Papasa na yung valid excuse kaso alam ko naman na hindi healthy yung karamihan ng mga food choices ko. I should at least make bawi by doing more physical activities right?

Di bale. Next week is another week. Till then guys! =)
