We've been meaning to try this new open-air restaurant in Marikina kasi palagi naming nadadaanan every time we visit my in-laws.

Ang cool ng place diba? There's a lot of cool food hubs emerging here in Marikina nowadays. As in kahit saan ka magpunta hindi ka magugutom.

So finally, we were able to try it last week.

We ordered sisig, crispy chicken and lechon kawali.



Here's my take on their food:

Surprisingly masarap ang sisig. I'm a big fan of my husband's sisig and Lolo's sisig is parang kalasa ng recipe ng asawa ko. Kahit sya napa hmmmm eh. The lechon kawali is not that malasa but it's adequately crispy, so keri na rin. The crispy chicken is definitely the weakest link. The balat is acceptably crispy but the laman is super dry. Even the kids na team forever chicken hindi nila bet eh.

The best part is...


Their water bottles. Gusto ko iuwi eh!




And syempre the kodakan moments. Ginalingan nila sa props eh!
